The sky was gray when I and my aunt started leaving for Dac Nong province, and as expected we suffered from the rain during our journey.
There were quite few luggage we carried coupled with the hard rain made our trip more difficult especially the time before i stopped to buy a pair of glasses in order to avoid droplets attacking my eyes while riding the motorbike.
Apart from difficult condition we had gone through, one thing could make the trip memorable to me when we started talking about my family, people around and their business. I was amazing with her way of dealing with people and her determined mind when doing her business. I've learned some lessons from our conversation and i try to summarize them in the way that i guess only could be found by speeches of some famous motivational speakers :)
- Communication skill: I have learned that she is a kind person and a skillful one in the way she makes friends. Besides her network doing the same business with her, she has many friends who are shop owners, shop assistants and others in different classes i guess, she talks to them in a kind manner and she sometimes send them a gift to remind them that "we are friends". Besides, she is generous as she often help the people in need, she told me: I often help my close friends/relatives who are struggling financially. Besides, she is also frank whenever she want to advise someone, and try to help them.
-Decision making: She is a really determined woman. Last year as i know she decided to take risk and she lost a big amount of money. She told me that by the time she was at the threshold deciding to do or not to do, she analysed the risk and accepted to take it. Unfortunately, she failed but after she decided to do that she followed it till the end. This time, i'm happy to hear that she are doing somethings amazing which could benefit her much some years later, and surprisingly if the last time her husband felt disappointed and do not want to take risk any more, she keeps her chin up and work on her business alone. She told me, sometimes she feel really tired and bored but she says nothing to her husband and even do not ask any help from him because she told him she can handle this.
Well, after all we reached the targeted place and i had some amazingly real lessons.
